WSHA and WICA’s respective Second Schedules on list of Occupational Diseases will be revised to include the following changes.

1. “Musculoskeletal disorders of the upper limb” to “Work-related musculoskeletal disorders (WRMSD)”
2. “Tuberculosis” to “Occupational infectious diseases”
3. “Liver angiosarcoma” to “Occupational liver angiosarcoma”
4. “Mesothelioma” to “Malignant mesothelioma”
5. “Noise-induced deafness” to “Noise-induced hearing loss”
6. “X-ray” with “ionising” in “Cataracts due to infra-red, ultraviolet or X-ray radiation”
7. New additions :
   • WSHA
     1. Cataracts due to infra-red, ultraviolet or ionising radiation
     2. Glanders
     3. Occupational infectious diseases
   • WICA
     1. Poisoning by aniline
     2. Poisoning by beryllium
     3. Toxic anaemia
     4. Reclassify the followings as work injuries rather than occupational diseases :
        • Poisoning by carbon dioxide gas
        • Ulceration of the corneal surface of the eye
